We have assigned trusted members in the Philippines to do the transactions who will process your AIM Global distributor membership or product orders. Here are some of our members from Lebanon, Uganda, Middle East, Canada, etc. whose membership were processed in the Philippines. There are more. For New Members or those who want to start their AIM Global Business, you need to accomplish some requirements.
- 3. Here are the requirements for NEW Members: ANY NATIONALITY 1. Basic Requirements •One (1) Valid ID (Preferably passport, SSS or other government IDs issued by your country) •One (1) ID picture for your AIM Global ID, preferably 2 x 2 •Filled up ATM application form (ChinaTrust for OFWs or foreign nationals and BDO for Philippine residents). ChinaTrust forms are available for download. Please fill up legibly with black ink. •3 Sample signatures. •Authorization letter authorizing our assigned member in the Philippines to process your ChinaTrust ATM Card. You will be given the name of our assigned member to process your distributor membership. What you will do is scan these documents. MUST be clear copies and send via email or FB inbox to our processor in the Philippines or to your sponsor to be the one to forward them.

- 5. Chinatrust ATM Application Form Please fill up legibly with no erasures. Use black ink. Some guides in accomplishing this form: You can type or handwritten. Please fill up the following: 1.Date of Application 2.Put an “X” or check mark on the Gender box. 3.Applicant’s Name (Last, First, Middle) 4.Contact Details: Please provide at least one (1), either landline or mobile. 5.Mother’s Maiden Name (Last, First, Middle) 6.Date of Birth 7.Place of Birth 8.Nationality 9.Email Address: Please provide a valid email address. 10.Present Address 11.Permanent Address 12.Name of Employer 13.Nature of Work 14.Nature of Employment or Business 15.Source of Funds 16.ID Number and ID Presented (Put Number of ID) 17.No need to fill Remitter’s Name and Country of Origin 18.Cardholder’s/Buyer’s Signature: Please print in caps then sign over it. - 6. 2. Prepare also the following payments: Please note that payments must be in US dollars. •Payment for your Global Package either for 1 account, 3 or 7 accounts. Just choose one of our available global packages. •For OFWs or other nationals, please add U$ 20.00 to your global package for new distributors only. This amount covers processing of your ATM, AIM Global ID, processing of documentary requirements for submission (printing, developing photos, etc.). This is not needed if you are ordering for products. •Prepare also payment for Courier. We will send your global package or products purchased via DHL. Lead time for DHL is 2 to 3 days if within city limits while in remote areas, it took longer time. Please see in the next slides how much is the charge in your country. You can also inquire us. Why we chose DHL? Based on our previous experience, our members experienced some problems in claiming their shipment when we used other carriers. It’s true that some are cheaper but when they claim it, they were obliged to pay for custom fees up to U$ 200 which is almost triple the cost of courier. So far, with DHL, we have no problems from our members when we send them their products and packages with on-time delivery.

Based on the table, the courier charge that you are going to add for 1 package is U$ 69 (69 + 206 = U$ 275); for 3 global packages U$ 202 (202 + 578 = U$ 780) and U$ 473 for 7 global packages (473 + 1,322 = 1,795) if you choose option 1.

Please see our price list in the next slide. 2.Inform us through email, text or inbox message the products that you want to buy. In this way, we will determine how much is the courier charge based on the total weight of the products ordered. 3.For payments, total the cost of the products to buy then add the courier charge that we will provide. 4.Send your payments via Western Union or any remittance area near your area. 5.Once we receive your payment, we will purchase your orders then pack and send it to you via DHL. - 17. Sample Order Form Setting Product Price in the Country where you stay If you live in countries where there is no business center, you can set your own price. Here are some tips in setting your price, most of our members in other countries add the cost of their operating expense to the product price. For example, you ordered 10 C24/7 for your customers, if the courier charge is U$30, they will divide this into 10 then add to the price per box plus your mark up. Just a reminder, your mark up must be justifiable so that it will not appear costly as compared to prevailing market price. In fact, if you are a member, you already have your 25% discount which will be your profit so some just add their operating expense. For countries with business centers, please follow the price set for one price policy.
- 18. Step 1: Sending your Payment Once the total payment is confirmed, please send your payment via Western Union or any remittance area available in your location to our processor in the Philippines. The name and address will be provided to you. Please inform the details like control number and sender’s name by sending an email, text message or inbox message to our processor or let your sponsor do it for you. Our processor will claim the money that you send once you provide the details. Again, for uniformity, we use US Dollars. However, it will be converted in Philippine currency once received to be ready for purchase. Our processor will take some photos and post it on FB informing you that the money sent is received. This is how it will look like when posted in out FB site.
- 19. Step 2: Buying the Products or Orders After receiving your payment, your Global Package or products reorders will be purchased in our office. This is a sample picture of Global Package Option 1 (One package has 5 C24/7 Blister Packs). Check also other variations. Step3: Registering or Encoding your profile into our computer system to create your webpage or online account. You will use this to monitor your business. For new members, our processor will be the one to encode for you but for countries with business centers or once a business center opens in your country, you will be taught how to register so that you can do it for your new members in your country. Once you are registered, you can now start doing your business.

Please note that your email address is important in accomplishing your ATM form.

- 23. Step 4: Processing your ID The next thing to do after encoding is to process for your AIM Global ID. Step 5: Processing your ATM Card Once your ID is released, your ATM Card will be processed.
- 24. Step 6: Packing orders or Global Package After your AIM ID and ChinatTrust ATM card are done, your Global Package will be pack to be sent via DHL. For product orders, it will be packed too for delivery. Details will be posted on our group FB informing you that package is sent. NOTE: Please send your complete mailing address for your package or product orders. When you received the package, please send a confirmation to the sender.
